The Hmeed Family has lived and worked in Gaza for their whole lives. As everyone in Gaza, their lives have been turned upside down since October 2023. Now they go for days without food and have not had clean water for longer than they can remember. Please help me extend the hand of humanity to afford what little food is available in their market. I met Zakia courtesy of the Instagram algorithm. She was working — without pay — in a NICU in Gaza. Zakia was taking care of the most vulnerable infants in Gaza and leaving her family everyday in a tent to do so.
